1. Who you are contracting with
Wajib ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated by Hues Graphics LLC, a company registered in the State of Qatar ("Hues Graphics"). By creating an account or using the Service you enter into a binding agreement with Hues Graphics LLC.
2. Acceptance
By signing up for, accessing, or continuing to use Wajib you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using Wajib on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. The Service
Wajib is a software-as-a-service application that helps employers in Saudi Arabia generate payroll files in the SAMA Wages Protection System (WPS) format and monitor compliance indicators across GOSI, the Ministry of Human Resources, Mudad and Nitaqat. Wajib is a software tool only — we do not move money, hold funds, or act as a payment processor, and we are not a SAMA-licensed entity. Your bank executes salary payments using the file you generate.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age and have authority to use the Service in your jurisdiction.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not: (a) use it unlawfully or for fraud, spam or abusive content; (b) infringe any intellectual-property or privacy rights; (c) attempt to interfere with the Service's security, integrity or performance, including by uploading malware, probing for vulnerabilities, scraping, or circumventing technical limits; (d) reverse engineer, decompile or resell the Service; or (e) use the Service to violate Saudi labour law.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the employee, payroll and company data you upload ("Customer Data"). You grant Hues Graphics LLC a limited licence to host, process and transmit Customer Data solely to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Notice.
7. Intellectual property
Hues Graphics LLC and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, documentation, branding and the Wajib name. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.
8. Payments and subscriptions
Wajib is sold on a subscription basis. Payment, billing, taxes, currency conversion, refunds and cancellations are handled by our reseller, Paddle. By purchasing a subscription you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
9. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
10. Free trial
New accounts include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged until day 15. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
11. Service level
We work hard to keep Wajib available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for: (a) material breach of these Terms; (b) non-payment; (c) suspected fraud or security risk; or (d) repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, you may export your data for a reasonable window before deletion.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
14. Indemnity
You will indemnify Hues Graphics LLC against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Doha, Qatar, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country require otherwise.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
