Who we are
Wajib is operated by Hues Graphics LLC, registered in the State of Qatar ("Hues Graphics", "we", "us"). For the personal data we collect to provide the Service to you, Hues Graphics LLC is the data controller. You can reach us at info@huesgraphics.com.
Personal data we collect
Account data: your name, work email, company name, hashed password, phone number (if provided), and locale. Customer Data you upload: employee names, national/Iqama IDs, IBANs, salaries, contract and Iqama expiry dates. Usage data: log data, device identifiers, IP address, pages viewed and actions taken in the app. Support data: messages and attachments you send to support.
Why we use it
To create and operate your account (contract). To deliver the Service, including generating WPS files and compliance indicators (contract). To prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents (legitimate interest). To improve and debug the product (legitimate interest). To provide customer support (contract / legitimate interest). To comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting (legal obligation). To send service-related emails (contract). Marketing emails, if any, are only sent with your consent and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
Service providers acting on our behalf: hosting and database (Supabase / cloud infrastructure), email delivery, error monitoring, customer support tooling. Payment processor and Merchant of Record: Paddle, which processes all subscription payments, billing, tax compliance and invoicing on our behalf. Professional advisers (legal, accounting, auditors). Authorities, where we are required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Your data may be processed outside Qatar or your country of residence, including by service providers in the European Union and the United States. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Retention
We keep account and Customer Data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation we keep it for up to 90 days to allow you to reactivate or export it, and then delete or anonymise it, except where we are required to keep records for longer (e.g. tax records up to 7 years).
Your rights
Depending on your country, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, email info@huesgraphics.com and we will respond within a reasonable time and at most one month.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, row-level access controls in the database, and least-privilege access for our team.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference. We do not use advertising cookies. The Paddle checkout sets its own cookies as described in Paddle's privacy policy.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
