• Auto-calculates GOSI at 10% / 12% with the SAR 45,000 cap.
• Tracks Saudization (Nitaqat) live.
• Validates IBAN, National/Iqama ID, and salary before export.
• Flags Iqama and contract expiries 90 days out.
• Stores data in your own workspace with row-level security.

What Wajib does not do

• Not a SAMA-licensed entity — SAMA licenses banks, not software.
• Doesn’t send payroll to your bank — you upload the file.
• Doesn’t file GOSI returns — we calculate, you submit.
• Doesn’t give legal or tax advice.
