We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Wajib subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date or any renewal date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Wajib transactions. To request a refund, visit paddle.net using the email address you used to subscribe, or contact our support team at info@huesgraphics.com and we will assist you.

What is covered

Refunds are available for change of mind within the 30-day window for both monthly and annual subscriptions. Annual subscriptions refunded after the 30-day window are not refundable on a pro-rated basis, but you may cancel renewal at any time and continue to use the Service until the end of your current billing period.

What is not covered

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the Service, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
